Bouchaib and Rhoda Daouine are the owner/operator of Simply Dining, 111 Connell St. , Woodstock , NB. Rhoda a native of Fredericton , New Brunswick . Rhoda has various years experience in the hospitality industry where Bouchaib and Rhoda met in Fredericton , NB. They have four children.

Bouchaib a native of Casablanca , Morocco , where he received his hotel education and training in food and beverage and honed his talents as a chef . His expertise began in Casablanca , Morocco , Great Britain, the Caribbean and Canada . After arriving in Canada in 1979, he has worked his way through the industry in various parts of Ontario and Maritimes as a General Manager. In 2004 Bouchaib and Rhoda began their venture as entrepreneur and opened a fine dining room, Bouchaib dream came true, called it Simply Dining, in the heart of downtown Woodstock, NB, the hospitality town where it is happening.

Rhoda and Bouchaib says their menu is very affordable and you don't have to dress to the nine's,  Rhoda's slogan "we are going to make it happen". At Simply Dining Bouchaib is the executive chef and Rhoda is the Maître d'hôtel. They are both enjoying their new venture along with meeting nice clientele, from various parts of New Brunswick , Houlton , Maine and Western and Eastern Canada . They both welcome and greet everyone that comes in their door.
